Open again for personal customer traffic from April 14th

Dear customers,

In implementation of the Corona regulation of the Austrian federal government, we will be starting April 14, 2020 reopen our branches for personal customer traffic.

However, the following requirements must be observed:

• Enter the branch only with a suitable protective mask. The protective mask is to be brought along and is not provided by us.
• Due to the regulation (sales area <20 m2), only 1 customer may stay in the sales room and 1 customer in the anteroom
• Additional customers must be at a suitable safety distance from each other outside the branch
• Due to the corona-related special situation (waiting time of other customers), we are currently unable to offer long sales or consultations on site.
• Our employees are encouraged to cancel longer on-site consultations out of consideration for other, waiting customers
• We therefore ask that you pre-order as far as possible or contact us by phone
• Customers who pick up their pre-ordered goods are pre-arranged

We ask for your understanding of these measures, which we are implementing based on government guidelines to curb the spread of the coronavirus.

We hope that the situation will normalize soon.
